Nick Saloman – In Memoriam

Nick founded Ottawa Drywall Guys (Rosedale Construction) with a focus on quality workmanship, reliable service delivery, and fair business practices.
As the proud owner and operator of Ottawa Drywall Guys Nick understood that building a new home or doing a renovation can be a huge investment of time and money. Everything adds up very quickly and there is no room for error.
Nick built a team of friendly and passionate people who care about the work that they do. This sets Ottawa Drywall Guys apart from other drywall contractors in the Ottawa area. Each and every team member was trained directly by Nick before completing a drywall taping job on their own. This yields a consistency of quality and skill that other companies can’t compete with.
Ten years ago, one of those trainees was Nick’s brother Trevor, who is committed, along with the rest of the Saloman family, to continued delivery of high-quality drywall services.
To honour Nick’s memory, the Saloman family has established a Co-operative Education annual scholarship. “The Nick Saloman Experiential Learning Award, established in loving memory of Nick Saloman, honors his enduring legacy through a commitment to fostering experiential learning and vocational excellence. Nick’s pride in workmanship and entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his unwavering dedication to helping others become skilled professionals, serves as the cornerstone of this award”.
